Project Management assessment and audit.
Nowadays, all the PMO are building the project management framework following the word standard of project management frameworks. Our experience confirms that these processes built are not effectively used. TIDO Consulting is positioned to accompany the PMO to build a target framework, successfully rollout the framework and ensure the defined processes are affectively used.
The effective use of the processes is achieved though continuous review of the actual use of the processes and improvement of the defined processes.
